These Terms of Service govern your use of AIToolsay. By opening a tool on this site you agree to them. They cover what you can and can\'t do with our AI tools, who owns generated content, how we handle disputes, and how we can update the rules.
1. Who we are
AIToolsay ("we", "us", "our") operates invitationbuddy.com and every tool, category and blog post on it.
2. Acceptable use
You may use AIToolsay for lawful personal, educational or commercial purposes. You may not use the tools to:
- generate content that is illegal, defamatory, threatens or harasses a person, or violates a third party\'s rights;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the tools as a paid service;
- evade rate limits, spoof requests, or run automated harvesting;
- generate child sexual abuse material, malware, weapons instructions or content designed to defraud users.
3. Content you generate
You own the output you generate. We do not claim any right to it. You remain responsible for verifying facts, checking copyright and using the output in a legal, ethical way. Some AI providers have their own downstream usage policies — those may also apply for regulated fields (medical, legal, financial advice).
4. Our intellectual property
The AIToolsay name, logo, category structure, tool copy and site design are our intellectual property. You may link to us, quote short excerpts with attribution, and share tool URLs. You may not copy the site or rebrand it.
5. Disclaimers
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs are probabilistic and can be wrong. You must verify important claims independently. We are not liable for decisions you make based on tool output. See our disclaimer for the full text.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIToolsay is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the tools, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill.
7. Termination
We may block access at any time if the terms are violated. You can stop using the tools at any time by closing the tab — no account cancellation is needed.
8. Changes
We update these terms occasionally to keep pace with regulation and the AI industry. The current version is always at this URL, with the "last updated" stamp at the top.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AIToolsay is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
