Turn these meeting notes into something useful.
[NOTES]
Return:
1. DECISIONS — what was actually decided, one line each. Not topics discussed.
2. ACTIONS — a table of action, owner, and due date. If an owner was never named, write UNASSIGNED rather than guessing.
3. OPEN — questions raised and not resolved, with who needs to answer
4. The one thing in these notes that will cause a problem if nobody follows up
Do not summarise the discussion. Nobody re-reads a summary of a meeting they attended. If a decision was implied but never stated, list it under OPEN, not DECISIONS.
Sorts a dumped task list into a week that fits, and says out loud what will not get done.
Sorts a pile of email into reply-now, delegate, and ignore — and drafts the replies.
Declines a request warmly, clearly, and without the apology spiral.
