Who can claim a listing?
Anyone who officially represents the company behind the AI tool — a founder, an employee, or an agency acting on the company's behalf with a company email address. You must be authorised to manage the business, and you confirm that when you submit the form.
What is a work email?
An email address on the domain your company owns, for example jane@yourcompany.com. We do not accept addresses from free mailbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or ProtonMail, and we reject disposable and throwaway domains outright. If your company genuinely uses a shared provider, submit the form anyway and add proof in the "Additional Proof of Ownership" field — a reviewer can approve it manually.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 24-48 hours. Claims where the work email domain matches the listing website are typically fastest, because the strongest evidence is already in place. You will get an email at every stage.
Can I claim multiple listings?
Yes. If your company publishes several tools, submit one claim per listing. Each is verified separately, but a reviewer who has already approved you once will move faster on the next.
What if I don't receive the OTP?
Check your spam and quarantine folders first — verification mail is a common false positive on corporate filters. The code is valid for 10 minutes; after the 60-second countdown you can request a new one, up to 3 times per hour. If nothing arrives at all, the address may be rejecting external mail, so use "Change Email" to try another company address.
Can I change my work email?
Yes. On the verification step, choose "Change Email". Any code already sent is invalidated immediately and a fresh one goes to the new address. The new address has to pass the same business-domain checks.
What documents may be requested?
Most claims need nothing beyond a verified work email. If the domain does not match the listing, a reviewer may ask for something public that ties you to the company: a team page listing you, a press release, an app store developer profile, or a message sent from the domain in question. We never ask for identity documents, bank details or passwords.
What happens after approval?
Your account is linked to the listing, the Verified Owner badge appears on the public profile, and the listing editor unlocks so you can update the description, pricing, screenshots, company details and social links. Enquiries from the listing then reach you directly.
