ComfyUI represents generation as an explicit graph — loaders, conditioning, samplers, VAE decode — so every stage is visible and rewireable. The learning curve is real, but it buys reproducibility (a workflow is a shareable JSON file, embedded in the output image) and the ability to build pipelines that a fixed-form UI cannot express.
